The world stood on its toes to witness what late lady Diana wore on her wedding, same for Kate Middleton. In general or let’s be real, most weddings, people only care about what the bride wears. But, when you are a heartthrob and the world’s most eligible bachelor, your attire is the world’s business.
So step aside Amal and let Clooney shatter a million hearts while wearing but of course Giorgio Armani.
WWD reported that the Armani team traveled from its headquarters in Milan to Clooney’s Lake Como home to fit him and his groomsmen for his forthcoming nuptials. The wedding is set to be next month for Clooney and Amal Alamuddin, a Lebanese human rights lawyer. The actor and philanthropist has been married once before to actress Talia Balsam from 1989 to 1993.
Now what will the bride wear?
Fashion industry insiders are hopping the British-born bride will choose a British designer. But rumor has it that Oscar de la Renta is the frontrunner.
Spokespersons from both designers declined to comment.
And finally when it comes to the location, it’s all about Italy this season.
